Welcome to Chisholm Design – Serving Wiltshire with Excellence
Wiltshire is a county known for its character. From honey-coloured stone villages to rolling countryside and heritage properties, it offers a lifestyle that blends tradition with space to breathe. At Chisholm Design, we work with homeowners across Wiltshire to create kitchens and interior spaces that fit seamlessly into their lives—whether they’re restoring a Georgian rectory, extending a period cottage, or adding a contemporary touch to a rural barn conversion.
We know the kitchen is more than just a place to cook. It’s where families gather, friends talk late into the night, and mornings start in a rush. That’s why our kitchen design work always begins with how our clients live. Our approach is highly personal and practical: combining great design with quality cabinetry and a sharp eye for detail to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful.
Our team offers a complete end-to-end service—from initial design concepts and sourcing cabinetry, appliances, handles and worktops, to managing installation and final fit-out. We’re equally comfortable working with compact, characterful layouts as we are with larger, open-plan kitchen-dining spaces. And because we only take on around thirty projects each year, we can give every client our full attention throughout.
But it’s not just about kitchens. Clients in Wiltshire also come to us for boot rooms, utility spaces, pantries, laundry rooms, wine rooms, home offices, wardrobes and dressing rooms. These secondary spaces are often the ones that make everyday life easier—and when they’re well designed, they feel anything but secondary.
Our work in Wiltshire reflects the same core values we bring to every project: thoughtful planning, timeless design, and genuine collaboration. Whether you're based in Devizes, Malmesbury, Tisbury or somewhere off the beaten path, we’re here to guide you through the design process with insight and care.
We offer a free 30-minute online discovery meeting to talk through your ideas and help you understand how we can support your project. Even if you’re at the very beginning, now is the right time to start thinking about how your kitchen—and your home—should work for you.
