PROJECT: The Vicarage | LOCATION: Surrey | YEAR: 2022

This fabulous kitchen and pantry was designed for a client in Surrey who wanted to totally refresh her existing kitchen and pantry, whilst retaining the AGA. The Country Shaker cabinetry is painted in Farrow and Ball Charleston Grey and Skimming Stone and the stunning worktops are in Cosentino Sensa White Macaubus, supplied and fitted by Stoneworx. The mirrored splashback was supplied and fitted by Rough Old Glass.

We worked closely with Katie Amin, who project managed the works, which were completed using Chris Boyda and his amazing sub contractors and the kitchen itself was fitted by Lorry Lennard.

Before the kitchen could be installed, we needed a bit of building work done, including, amongst other things, a new partition wall and floor tiling. Because we were going to be away on holidays for these initial works, Katie of Chisholm Design project-managed the whole thing for us. Katie has an incredible level of attention to detail, and I felt fully at ease being away while she made sure everything happened according to her meticulous schedule. Katie is lovely to deal with and kept me fully up-to-date with what was going on in my absence. Every contractor that Chisholm Design recommends is excellent; I would happily use any of them again.
